Be a Nelson Walk
A multi-day, off-the-grid walking journey in nature that brings together people from diverse backgrounds to connect, reflect, and learn.
The Be a Nelson Walk is a transformative initiative organized in collaboration with MasterPeace, a global grassroots movement focused on peacebuilding through dialogue, understanding, and cultural exchange.
Designed to foster deep connection, the walk brings together people from diverse backgrounds to connect, reflect, and learn from one another while immersing themselves in nature and local communities. It is more than just a hike; it is a "mindshift experience" regarding social issues, equality, and personal transformation.
In March 2024, 15 international participants were accompanied by 18 members of the Be a Nelson Movement for a 6-day, off-the-grid walk along the coastal area of the Indian Ocean. Participants testified to this being a life-changing experience, forming lifelong friendships across cultural boundaries through vibrant discussions and silent walks.
StreetBiz Foundation is committed to hosting this walk regularly, providing a unique platform for personal growth and community immersion.

- Community Engagement: – Participants interact with local communities by visiting schools, supporting community projects, and engaging in cultural exchange.
- A Mindshift Experience: – Through open discussions and shared experiences, participants gain a deeper understanding of social justice and leadership.
